Instead of logging into CRM software, the agent runs their business by texting their AI assistant: it watches their inbox for leads, replies to leads by text and email in the agent's voice, runs multi-week drip campaigns, books showings on the calendar, sources new prospects, and sends a daily brief — so the agent can focus on closing.
How is PropFlow different from other real estate CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or Lofty?
Traditional real estate CRMs are dashboards you log into and maintain. PropFlow runs over iMessage — there's no separate app to open or learn. The AI does the follow-up, prospecting, and scheduling for you and reports back in plain text, with a web dashboard available when you want the full view. The bet is that the easiest CRM is the one you already use every day: your texts.
Does PropFlow really work entirely over iMessage?
Yes. The core workflow is conversational: the agent texts their assistant to find leads, launch a drip campaign, book a showing, or get their pipeline status, and the assistant does it. A web dashboard mirrors everything (leads, schedule, activity, settings) so the two stay in sync, but you never have to open it to run your day.
What is speed-to-lead and how does PropFlow handle it?
Speed-to-lead means responding to a new lead within seconds, because the first agent to reply usually wins. PropFlow gives each agent a dedicated lead number; when a lead texts it, the AI instantly drafts a reply. By default it waits for the agent's one-tap approval before sending, and the agent can switch to fully automatic replies once they trust it.
Can PropFlow find new leads (outbound prospecting)?
Yes. PropFlow sources seller and buyer prospects — absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, expired listings, vacant properties, tax-delinquent, and probate — in the agent's market, skip-traces contact info, and auto-organizes them into segments. It also smart-tags each lead by signal (high-equity, out-of-state, vacant, etc.), so compound lists like 'pre-foreclosed absentee owners' form automatically.
Does PropFlow send drip campaigns automatically?
Yes. PropFlow writes and runs multi-step SMS and email drip campaigns that nurture leads for weeks on a schedule. The agent can launch a campaign for a whole segment in one text — the assistant previews the first message and the agent replies 'send' to fire it.
What email and calendar does PropFlow connect to?
PropFlow connects to Gmail with one tap, or to any custom-domain / IMAP mailbox (such as Namecheap Private Email, iCloud, Outlook). It scans the inbox for leads, separates real-estate matters from personal ones, and can book events on Google Calendar (Apple Calendar is read-only).
Is PropFlow compliant with texting regulations (A2P 10DLC / TCPA)?
Yes. PropFlow is registered for A2P 10DLC business texting, and cold-sourced prospects are blocked from automated SMS until there's consent. Agent-initiated first-touch messages include the required opt-out language.
